Potter Electric has recalled some of its “addressable pull station” fire alarms.
According to an announcement with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, “The pull handle on some units can fail to activate the alarm system when manually pulled, posing a risk of failure to alert consumers to a fire.”
The commission said about 735 of the alarms were sold by authorized Potter dealers and distributors nationwide from December 2020 through January 2021 for between approximately $100 and $135.
