And new video shows what irma did to antigua knocking down trees, blocking roads. But some 30 miles away on barbuda an official calls it absolute devastation. Cell phone towers were snapped in half. On st. Martin streets are underwater and major buildings damaged. The waves were Strong Enough to knock people off their feet. The eye moved past puerto rico overnight. Abcs linzie janis is there.
