Jammu, April 05 (Scoop News)-Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha today addressed the first Zonal Convention on Natural Farming at SKUAST-Jammu. The two-day convention on the theme “Natural Farming: A National Priority for Human Health and Ecological Restoration” will focus on the major thrust areas of environmental safety, public health and agricultural sustainability towards ensuring growth and prosperity of the farming community. Speaking on the occasion, the Lt Governor congratulated AGRIVISION and SKUAST-Jammu for organizing the convention on the relevant topic of natural farming. He said that such deliberations will help the policy makers, planners, and farmers to focus on increasing the sustainability of farm livelihoods, environmental safety, and human health. and forget about all the noise of what could pass and how many electoral votes you could get. i would pick the fair tax. right. and the debate is still open. what would you pick? i think i would do a consumption tax as well. because it picks up the underground economy. if drug dealers or criminals want to buy a car, they pay. want to buy a house, they pay. and people hear sometimes a national retail sales tax, they think on top of that i have to pay my state income tax. but you eliminate the irs. the simplicity point is important. i don t think perry goes enough on the simplicity point. the postal card is ant excellent prop, even though the postal service is going toy way. they say one plan with the perry man is because it s an option, instead of being able to reduce the amount of time of figuring out your taxes, you would have to figure it out for both plans
