It's been nearly 50 years since any major work has been done on Avista's Hydroelectric Development North Channel Dam, originally constructed 118 years ago.
A Post Falls man was arrested today for causing more than $7,000 worth of damage to Post Falls city vehicles.
Marco Woods, 61, is believed to be linked to four incidents where vehicles were vandalized, Post Falls Police reported.
