FRANKFURT, June 2 (Xinhua) German stocks edged up on Wednesday, with the benchmark DAX index up 35.35 points, or 0.23 percent, to close at 15,602.71 points. Automotive manufacturer Volkswagen won the most among the blue chips, with its shares up 2.15 percent. Automotive manufacturer BMW and automotive supplier Continental added 1.45 percent and 1.34 percent respectively. Siemens Energy, the energy division of Siemens Group, lost the most among the blue chips, falling 3.37 percent. European multinational online food-delivery service Delivery Hero and housing association Deutsche Wohnen went down by 2.43 percent and 1.99 percent respectively. Volkswagen was the most-traded share with a turnover of 378.27 million euros (460.96 million U.S. dollars).
