A STUDENT has launched her very own pet treats business. Louise McGill, 17, of Guisborough, has launched Posh Paws Bakery, a new business that specialises in making home-made dog treats. The Level 3 Animal Management student found inspiration to bake canine treats after studying animal nutrition on her course at Askham Bryan College at Stewart Park in Middlesbrough. From what she learned at college, paired with helping her pooch who sticks to a grain-free diet due to allergies, Louise developed a recipe that has been enjoyed by the toughest of canine critics. Louise said: “Having previously worked for a dog-boarding company, I had the chance to familiarise myself with a range of dogs, breeds, sizes and ages.
