As part of its growing Italian portfolio, Erqole owns and manages the new boutique hotel on the island, LA ROQQA, and its exclusive beach club, Isolotto, in addition to managing the restyling of Fattoria La Capitana in Magliano, province of Grosseto, and the complete renovation of Cirio, a former fishing plant in Porto Ercole that has been abandoned for 40 years and is being transformed into a luxury hotel by architect, Marco Casamonti (Archea Associati architecture studio). Through this acquisition, Erqole endeavors to broaden its portfolio of unparalleled hospitality within Argentario and reinforce the Jonsson family’s vision of long-term revitalization of the region.
