The second annual East Portland Summer Arts Festival takes place Saturday and Sunday, July 8-9, at Ventura Park. Portland Parks & Recreation launched the festival in 2022 as part of the bureau’s Summer Free For All. The theme of this year’s festival is Celebrating Black Excellence.
