A historic bridge in Portland, Oregon, was shut down Monday morning after a derailed train car was seen leaning against a bridge support. Two cars fully derailed on a Union Pacific line on the east side of the century-old Steel Bridge.
PPB said 33-year-old William Wingo was arrested in suspected connection to the incident later that same morning after police said they found him near a shopping cart with even more Molotov cocktails, described as glass bottles with a “greenish” liquid inside and denim cloth coming out the tip.
