Bethlehem’s Boyd Theatre to turn into 14-story luxury apartment building with rooftop restaurant

DLP Real Estate Capital announced on Wednesday that is is partnering with Monocacy General Contracting to revitalize a critical stretch of East Broad Street that’s largely sat vacant for years. The duo closed on the sale last Thursday.
“Our team will breathe back life into a once bustling part of downtown Bethlehem,” said Rocco Ayvazov, CEO of Monocacy. “We’ll incorporate elements of the old theater, including the original Boyd sign, into the new development. Imagine modern luxury with a dash of nostalgia.”
