Staff at the charity initially held grave concerns for Daisy as her road to recovery was slow with even a small amount of stress causing her eyes to worsen. We weren t sure if we would ever be able to save her eyes and return her to the wild, one of the carers said.
After months of treatment, Daisy s eyes finally saw improvement along with her appetite and behaviour.
Daisy s triumphant return to the wild was filmed and shared on YouTube.
