A trivia night held against public health orders at a pub in the Fraser Health region has been linked to at least 24 cases of COVID-19, as the Tri-Cities area of Metro Vancouver grapples with a spike in cases.
The St. James Well pub, at 248 Newport Dr. in Port Moody, was added this week to Fraser Health’s public exposure page because of a trivia night Feb. 2.

The Fraser Health Authority didn’t name the business but confirmed that “a trivia night” at a pub was linked to at least 25 primary cases and numerous secondary cases, including an outbreak at a daycare.
