Bangladesh yesterday sent four trucks of medicine and injections to India for treating Covid-19 patients as gift.
In the second consignment, injections, medicines and hand sanitisers among other items were sent there through Benapole land port.
On May 6, Bangladesh sent 10,000 injections to India as gift.
Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh in Kolkata Toufique Hasan received the items and handed over those to the Indian Red Crescent Society.
Health department official Abu Taher said four trucks carrying 18 items, including medicine, injection and hand sanitiser, is worth around Tk 20 crore.
