Thats 67 percent of total dollars awarded by the port during the reporting period went to lbe firms. The size and scope of the Construction Contracts that were awarded during this reporting period lend themselves to high lbe numbers. We tend to see the discount playing into contracts under 5 Million Dollars and lbes do really well in Construction Contracts under 5 Million Dollars.
