The street light that help crowds of beachgoers cross East Perry Street from Lakeview Park parking lots to the cool waters of Lake Erie will be turned on Saturday, May 1, signaling the start of the summer season. The east end of the Port Clinton Beach, which has been a bit of a mess for quite a while, will soon be in tip-top shape for the summer.
