This mother is now evacuated from her home on dry creek road. Her son lived across the valley on atlas peak, and he already lost everything. Beautiful home burned to the ground. And they got out with just the clothes on their back. And then, you know, we now have things, their pictures and things. If we lose our home, we have nothing. So i dont know. Last week, and an extermiinator identified it as a bedbug. Days later, bedbug sniffing dogs found more throughout the building. It was closed immediately. if they werent taking care of it that would bother me. If it was covered up and they werent cleaning, id be mad. But theyre taking care of it so im fine. Alecia treatments were a combination of heat and steamstarting on saturday, they were completed today. Extra steps were also taken. inject boric acid into one outlet because you cant use liquid in an outlet, so they have to use boric acid. But its all contained. It will never come into contact with the public, alecia as a precaution dogs will visit other berkeley branches next thursday to search for bedbugs. the claremont branch, the south branch, and west branch.
