Police will ask the Criminal Court to issue arrest warrants for 12 senior students at Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok, Uthenthawai Campus, for alleged involvement in a group beating of a second-year engineering student who later died.
A team of investigators headed by Pol Maj Gen Piya Tawichai, deputy commissioner of the Metropolitan Police Bureau (MPB), on Wednesday gathered evidence related to the death of Veeraphan “Pleum” Tamklang, 22, a second-year student in the civil engineering faculty at Rajamangala University of Technology Tawan-ok.
