indicated at some point, had her to represent them as they go through the investigations. that s right. and i think, you know, internally, look, the inspector general of the department of homeland security is looking into various matters related to january six. and the disappeared text messages. and that is one where, when you re on the outside, it s a lot harder for the agency to compel you to cooperate. they re going to appear for this testimony, according to that interview he aired, according to that report in the intercept. but, you know, again, he can walk out there at anytime. he could say i m not compelled. you can t force me. congress is a different story. the select committee may still be able to get him in and compel him to speak to them. why that hasn t happened in the two intervening months since cassidy hutchinson spoke, we don t really know. well, that to me is really the court this, aside from the missing text messages. i have no reason to have any opinion one way

indeed quite controversial when he was given the political position working as chief of staff while on that s essentially, i think as far as we, know never crossed before. or very rarely crossed. so there s some controversy on that. but the thing that i just can t get over, is cassidy hutchinson comes forward, on television, under oath and gives this testimony. and, immediately, there was this obvious effort to not kick her testimony down by folks who wouldn t go on the record, that were anonymous on, sourcing things like prepare to testify under oath. and, yet here we are two months later. that has not happened. right, and there were a couple of days after she testified where we said is her entire story going to fall apart because we saw all of this stuff getting whispered about. and since then, if anything, her testimony has gotten stronger. because no one is on the record, refuted it as you said. but also other details have been cooperated. so, really, it s interesting
