Popeyes is finally bringing back its mouthwatering chicken nuggets that disappeared from the menu nine years ago. The fast food chain is currently quietly rolling out the dish in select stores across the country.
The nuggets that were cut from the menu in 2012 have recently been spotted in select locations around the country.
Chew Boom reports that Popeyes restaurants in Ohio, Texas, Connecticut and Arkansas have had the pleasure of being part of the initial rollout plan of the brand’s coveted fried chicken bites.
The chicken nuggets are made with the chain’s famous juicy chicken breasts. The white meat is coated with crispy and chunky buttermilk breading and is available in eight, 12, 24, 36, and 48 pieces. An order of eight pieces cost around $3.69 USD and the 48-piece option will set you back $19.99 USD. Though prices may vary depending on the location.
