Ish. We have a whacky weather week ahead. The it will be cold, mild, and then cold again. Keep that in mind as we select a number each day. Todays number is six, because you walk outside it is a shock to the system. Buddy is here. Of course, school is off, in the waiting for school bus but we thought we would put the tree with the lights there and temperatures in the 30s and 40s. We need winter jacket and maybe mittens waiting for a ride, a few cloud around this morning but you will see some sunshine, eventually, sunrise time is 7 22. You see sun starting to come up, 41 degrees but feels like 32, we have not felt like 32 in a long time. Temperatures will will drop through the 40s today. Windy and cooler all afternoon. Is it 4 00 a. M. In the east. Welcome to cnns live coverage of the popes last day on the throne of st. Peter. Just ten hours from now Pope Benedict xvi becomes pope emeritus. Hes not riding off into the sunset or helicopter just yet. At 5 00 a. M. Eastern, the pope meets with the cardinalss who will pick his replacement. Over 100 of them are expected to be on hand and the pontiff will spend a minute or two with each and every one of them. That should be fascinating. Then cardinal seodano will spea and the pope will make a few spontaneous remarks before leaving his residence one last time.
