Lok Adalat settles 93 cases in Samba

Share Samba: A Special Lok Adalat was held today at District Court Complex, Samba under Chairmanship of M.A. Chowdhary, Chairman DLSA (Principal District & Sessions Judge), Samba for taking up cases for settlement. Three Benches were constituted for the said purpose and a total 104 cases were taken up by the Benches out of which 93 cases were disposed of amicably and an amount of Rs. 1,93,900 was settled. Bench no. 1 was constituted for taking up MACT & Bank cases, Pre-litigation matters and all cases referred by District Judge which was headed by M.A. Chowdhary (Pr. District & Sessions Judge), Samba and assisted by Swati Gupta, Secretary, DLSA, Samba.
