Connecticut state police have arrested a third suspect in connection with the homicide of a 75-year-old man in Rocky Hill. State police said the arrest happened in Windsor and they will release further details on the arrest once the suspect has been properly processed. Franklyn Cruz, age 42, and Madeline Dickey, age 35, both of New Britain, were charged with murder and robbery in the death of Robert Iacobucci, 75, in Rocky Hill, state police. Officers discovered Iacobucci’s body about 7:20 p.m. Monday, April 5, in his house on Pondside Lane when they went to check on him, police said. His vehicle was later found in the City of New Britain. Police did not elaborate on a cause of death but did say it did not appear to be from natural causes.
