Dying inmate has also pleaded guilty today. Anthony mcintosh is accused of failing to seek medical help for ronnie white. The 19yearold inmate was found hanging in his cell in june, 08 after allegedly killing a county Police Officer. Initially Corrections Officers insisted white killed himself, but mcintosh was later charged with altering or falsifying records in a federal investigation.
