Though vaccination for the general public is still likely months away, there are health care providers and first responders in our communities that have already received the COVID vaccine.
To get a local perspective on the experience, Wicked Local spoke with two health care providers at Cambridge Health Alliance, Dr. Agnes Graves and Joanne De Ponce Alvarado.
Graves works as a primary care physician at the CHA Windsor Street Care Center. Though she holds many appointments remotely, nowadays, she also sees some patients in person every week. She received her first dose of the Moderna vaccine on Dec. 31, and will receive the second dose before the end of January.
