A Big Arm man was committed to the Montana Department of Corrections for a total of 13 years, with five years suspended. Kenneth Ambrose Gravelle, 40, entered a plea of guilty in Polson District Court Dec. 20 to felony charges of theft, burglary and criminal possession of dangerous drugs.
The arraignment hearing for a Bigfork man, accused of shooting three people, killing one of them, was continued in Polson District Court Dec. 21. Matthew Vitek, 49, is charged with deliberate homicide in the Dec. 10 shooting death of 56-year-old Tammi Jordan in Ferndale.
An Arlee man is accused of stealing parts from an Arlee School bus and breaking into the Arlee Elementary School. Donovan Chase McDonald, 27, entered a plea of not guilty in Polson District Court Dec. 21 to felony charges of criminal mischief, theft and burglary.
