accountable under the law. that is the basic idea of those cases. the significance can t be overstated. and it is probably going to go to the supreme court. and he ll take it to the court. but it trump favors in the supreme court, i mean 6-3. three conservative justs that he appointed and people like me that are not lawyers, he s probably going to win those cases. yes and no. i think if we were talking about abortion or the death penalty or firearms or some of the social issues, cultural issues on which there is a clear ideology divide, you have plenty of data to suggest that the supreme court will rule a certain way. but these are rule of law question an government questions and questions of constitutional interpretation of election law or immunity that s are just don t line up as cleanly. look, he appointed three justices and there is that is a 6-3 split on the court so it is hard to say.
