you images from arizona of armed poll stalkers wearing body armor, threatening people using ballot boxes in arizona. i m tuesday, a district judge ordered one of the groups to stop, saying they must stay at least 75 feet away from bella boxes. they cannot yell at, take photos of people dropping off their ballots. the judge also prohibited members from openly carrying weapons or specifically wearing body armor within 250 feet of the drop box. all that is reasonable. that is just one lawsuit. with just five days left until those elections there are an unprecedented number of lawsuits in battleground states. the courts in those states are working struggling to work through. marc elias is an expert, he s been working on dozens of lawsuits relating to the upcoming election.
