this is outnumbered, i m emily compagno here with my co-host kayleigh mcenany and harris faulkner. also joining us culture plus group co-founder and ceo lili gil valletta and author of cancel culture dictionary, guide to winning the war on fun, jimmy failla. we begin with disturbing story out of new york city. police officers were beaten by a violent mob of migrants. this horrifying video shows the moment the attackers pounded two nypd officers who were trying to break up a mob in time square. they tried to arrest one individual, the mob attacked, pushing and punching the officers. you can see one suspect kicking an officer in the face while he is on the ground. one officer suffered a cut to his face, while the other sustained body bruises. five of the suspects were arrested later that night and face charges for assaulting a police officer and more. with police sources telling fox one man has two open assault and robbery charges. to add inassault to injury, at least four
with each wrinkle and disclosure threatening to pull his government further. for ukrainian leaders, there is no upside but plenty of down side to becoming the latest cudgel in washington s deeply polarized political battle grounds. so how is that all playing out with the president in ukraine? yeah, ali. even as president trump seems more and more likely to get impeached over the pressure campaign that his administration put on president zelensky, the ukrainians cannot afford to take the risk of alienating the united states. they don t know if trump s going to be re-elected or not come 2020 and if he is, they cannot afford to have the u.s. not be supportive of ukraine because remember, ali, the united states is the most important partner for ukraine when it comes to being a bull work against russian aggression. and they saw some lessons that were learned in the past when the former president was perceived as having supported hilary clinton. so even as all of this is going down in wash

at the winners and losers and dan lothian and david mattingly looking ahead to the battlegrounds that are now more important than ever. all right, let s start with dana bash. dana? well, we have some potential news this morning about what this caucus has did to the field on the republican side. michele bachmann who, of course, came in a disappointing sixth, effectively dead last here in iowa is going to hold a news conference in a few hours. her campaign is not saying what it is about, but it is hastily arranged news conference. it is hard to imagine that she s going to have something and not give us news about the future or maybe lack there of of her campaign. so, kyra, we re waiting to see exactly what she says. obviously, she is somebody who was one of those who is riding very, very high in iowa. not that long ago. she actually won the first contest here. the ames straw poll only to see her popularity absolutely plummet in the last few weeks. that will be probably, poten
