Tom Huynh was raised on a small cattle farm in Arkansas. He moved to the Fargo-Moorhead area in 1999 to study computer information systems but wound up the owner of three Polished Nail Spas. Now, he’s a champion walleye fisher. Simply put, “that’s not your normal path,” Huynh said.
