DOVER - Residential real estate sales in Strafford County started 2021 right where they left off in 2020 - with increasing volume, limited supply, and high prices.
The January trends report from the New Hampshire Association of Realtors shows the volume of single-family home sales increased to $32.9 million, a 6.5 percent hike from January 2020.
Residential condominium sales volume, according to the report, increased 21.6 percent to $4.5 million.
Median prices were also on the rise: up 14.5 percent to $317,250 for a single-family and up 8.7 percent to $217,300 for a condo.
Strafford County median prices hit an all-time record in December when a house reached $325,500 and a condo reached $253,000.
