Telling us that one of the drivers is in critical condition. And this all happened this morning. As you can see behind me here, investigators are still on the scene on Central Avenue with basically trying to map out everything that happened this morning when that undercover vehicle was struck by that stolen car early this morning. Now the officers, one from tampa and one from st. Petersburg, are members of an Auto Theft Task force that was formed last year following a string of auto thefts in both tampa and st. Petersburg. They were traveling down Central Avenue just after midnight when they were tboned by a car at 53rd street north. Now as it turns out, that car had been stolen last week but they werent actually looking for that vehicle, they were looking for another one when the stolen vehicle ended up t boning their undercover vehicle. And there were six people inside the stolen vehicle, four female, two males. The driver a 25yearold man is in critical condition. Everyone else in th
