Police troopers and us marshals were back and forth this morning after this witness that you described saw this man that matched the description of david watson running near a building along dorsi run road. K9 teams and a Maryland State Police blood hound began searching irrigation tunnels and culverts along a track bed where watson may have been hiding, they discover add hard hat and vest were stolen from a trailer in the area. Last friday, david watson escaped into a wooded area and after four days of no sightings, Police Troopers and us marshals moved back into the area in force in an effort to find the man.
