Police Chicagos Police superintendent david brown is relatively new here from the dallas, texas, Police Department. He is praising the response of his officers saying they did everything to serve and protect and chicagos top cop, asking the public to submit anonymous tips in the death of that 3yearold boy. The superintendent insisting violent criminals have to be locked up longer in the citys home Monitoring System has to be overhauled because he says criminals are not being properly monitored.
