Dodge challenger driving recklessly and ran the license plate. The police say the plate did not match the vehicle. Chp officers pulled over the vehicle on Cherry Street near elm Hurst Middle School where there is now a growing memorial. According to a preliminary investigation, o. P. D. Says when chp officers exited their vehicles, the driver of the dodge began ramming their cars. Three officers then opened fire killing the driver identified as 23yearold eric salgado.
