Police swarming a quiet area in herndon this morning. Reporter this is an active investigation right now. Police have put up crime scene time blocking out of a perimeter. Theyve been out here since about 7 30 when the call came in. They say the building was found next to the parking structure and now theyre working to determine now the woman died. If youre familiar with the area around dulles station boulevard you know its a quiet community. Its a great community.
