The whole situation started with these delays yesterday evening during the rush hour when the maintenance truck was on the tracks and a train full of passengers more than 600 people, slammed right into it. I talked to one gentleman who just left a few moments ago. He was on he was a passenger who took a train after that late into the evening yesterday. Heres what he had to say.
