The reports of the forensic DNA analysis of the six persons, who were charred to death beyond recognition, were received by the police on Sunday evening.
An FIR has been lodged at the Hinjewadi police station against the three accused under Section 364 (kidnapping with the intention of murder) of the Indian Penal Code and sections of the Arms Act.
Following the collapse, ambulances, fire brigade rescuers, police teams and local residents rushed to the spot and rescued eight persons who were trapped under the steel structure. All the eight were rushed to nearby hospitals where five of them were pronounced dead. One of the five killed hailed from UP.
