Officers responded to a report of a gunshot victim Tuesday in the 2900 block of Pleasant Avenue. Police found Albert P. Johnson, 38, of Norfolk, dead at the scene. Now, Leroy F. King, 73, has been charged with second-degree murder and use of a firearm.
