Darren Gerrard, 53, was charged in early August of 2019 with conspiracy to traffic cocaine, fail to comply with recognizance, failure to comply with conditional sentence order, possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, possession of a controlled substance, possession of an unauthorized weapon, possession of prohibited firearm, possession of a firearm contrary to a prohibition order and improper storage of a firearm.
