COVID-19 Updates The Vietnamese Ministry of Health on Monday morning confirmed 328 local COVID-19 cases, including 175 cases in Ho Chi Minh City and 100 in Dong Thap, raising the national caseload to 20,261 infections, with 7,891 recoveries and 86 deaths. The Mekong Delta province of Soc Trang on Sunday evening recorded its first local coronavirus case in the country’s ongoing infection round, a farmer who had traveled to the Binh Dien wholesale market in Ho Chi Minh City and Ba Ria - Vung Tau between June 30 and Saturday.
