IG Mutyambai Announces Strict Measures Ahead of Easter Inspector General Hillary Mutyambai announcing the online engagement with the public on Monday, February 22 File Inspector-General of Police Hillary Mutyambai on Thursday, April 1, announced strict security measures ahead of the Easter holidays, which are set to begin tomorrow. In a press briefing, Mutyambai reiterated President Uhuru Kenyatta s cessation of movement orders in the zoned Counties of Nairobi, Kajiado, Machakos, Kiambu, and Nakuru.
