Testifying to not only the expertise and the dedication of the women that were mentioned but they are not just local leaders and expertise, we have National Model problems here and so what we are discussing today, and in terms of what types of policies, and what types of practices, that we want to have implemented in San Francisco, and under the command and the direction of our chief, we know that it will not only have impact here locally, when we all Work Together, collaborativively as a community and we know that we have the great local impact and we also know that it has incredible impact beyond San Francisco.
