FOXBOROUGH Massachusetts State Police are calling for witnesses and video evidence following the deadly shooting of a motorist on Route 95 south near Foxborough Saturday night. Justin Parker, 37, of North Attleborough, was fatally shot while driving his black 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class sedan southbound, just before 10 p.m. near Exit 17 on Feb. 3.
