A day after officials of the Municipal Corporation (MC) made a newly laid storm water drain operational, there was waterlogging once again on the stretch leading from Police Colony Chowk to Vardhman Chowk on Chandigarh Road here on Friday. Residents have slammed the MC for failing to resolve the ove
