Breckenridge City Manager Cynthia Northrop introduced the Breckenridge Police Department interim Police Chief Tommy Williams during last week’s Breckenridge City Commission meeting. Last month, the city of Breckenridge entered into a contract with Strategic Government Resources to bring in a police chief on an interim basis at the cost of $85 per hour.
