ISP: Man Gets Tased, Hits Head on Concrete During Police Chase, Later Dies in Greenfield
GREENFIELD, Ind. A man died Tuesday after being struck with a taser and hitting his head on concrete during a chase with Greenfield police, Indiana State Police said.
At around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday, three Greenfield police officers were investigating a stolen car in the parking lot of a business located at 2055 Barrett Dr. That address corresponds to a Home Depot store.
The man has been identified as 42-year-old David Donelli of Indianapolis. Police believe he stole a car that three Greenfield officers found in the parking lot. Police said when they went inside, Donelli ran outside into the parking lot, state police said.

It happened around 11:45 a.m. Tuesday while three Greenfield police officers were investigating a stolen vehicle in the parking lot of a business located at 2055 Barrett Dr. That address corresponds to a Home Depot store.
The man, identified as 42-year-old David Donelli of Indianapolis, was suspected of stealing a vehicle that three Greenfield officers found in the parking lot of a business. Police believed the suspect was inside the business, and as they investigated, the man ran outside into the parking lot, state police said.
