something would happen to her. the young woman had lured nicassio to the meeting by telling him she had been suspected to testify against him by a grand jury. she told him, she needs to know what to say. that was enough for him to drive down to ventura. to find out what she knew. to convince the ex-girlfriend they had a case, they set up a little scheme, a trick. they showed her what she thought was evidence against the man they were trying to track. charts, dna, pictures of the body. so she had something to offer him. right. but those charts and the dna were in fact borrowed from police archives of other homicide cases. now the young woman and the man believe there s real evidence against him. the prosecution team is watching, desperately hoping for a break. then, suddenly, there s a problem. the suspect, nicassio, is hungry and wants to go out to eat. and you see cops scrambling like crazy you could hear them on the radio. they re moving!
