CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE ¯ STOCKTON Justin L. Horton, 36, of Stockton, was charged with second-degree criminal contempt. Deputies were called to Stockton for an unwanted person. An investigation found that Horton was allegedly violating an order of protection. He was transported to Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. ¯ POLAND At about 7:36 a.m. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Sprague Hill Road. Upon arrival deputies located Patricia A. Bloomgren, 56, of Falconer, at the scene. After an investigation it was found that Bloomgren had been operating her vehicle northbound when she abruptly swerved to avoid a perceived obstruction in the road, resulting in her going down an embankment on the western side of the road. It was further found that Bloomgren had been operating this vehicle with a suspended driver’s license. Bloomgren was transported from the scene by EMS personnel for apparent
