quickly, a number of pointses. we declared this state of emergency immediately and assets were called into play and we have 250 citizen soldiers here with more coming if necessary, to back up what the highway patrol with the mobile command center that has been assisting and working. we sent out a call and had a tremendous outpouring of support of first responders, a wide area, the emergency responders from kansas city and we also had a task force one from columbia, missouri, and we appreciate them coming down and working and it has been a difficult situation here today and this morning i spoke to the president of the united states and he indicated they would provide whatever support was necessary and i spoke twice to the secretary of homeland security and we spoke to each of the governors that touch various states and each has pledged their support.
