New Hanover Regional Medical Center said Thursday afternoon it now has appointments for vaccines.
Update: NHRMC has run out of appointments. The 1,200 slots were filled in less than 40 minutes.
Spokesperson Julian March said NHRMC is working to obtain more vaccines.
“So we can set up more appointments for next week – and every week – until we have offered a vaccine to everyone,” March said. “Already, we have administered more than 13,000 doses, including doses to healthcare workers, providers and members of the community.”
